Since Jordan has its special place in the history of all major religions, it has many sites that reflect the significant role the country has played over the ages. Several tours are organized to these sites. A special cultural programme has been designed to help students get acquainted with the country, its people, customs and values. Every semester 4 excursions are arranged to famous historical and religious sites. These are either day or weekend trips to Petra ,Aqaba, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Jarash, Amman and Holy sites of Prophets Shuaib , Yusha, Haroon, Moosa PBUT, The Seven Sleepers, and holy tombs of the holy companions of the Holy Prophet PBUH such as Abu Obaida RA Jafer R A and many others and also sites where decisive historical battles took place such as the battle of Mutta ,Yarmouk etc ..
